INGREDIENTS
- frozen strawberries - frozen yogurt cubes - sweetener - vanilla
Freeze Yogurt
Freeze the yogurt in an ice cube tray at least 4 hours before making the frozen yogurt
Add to Blender
Add the frozen strawberries, frozen yogurt cubes, sweetener of choice, and vanilla to a high speed blender jar
Blend
Blend all ingredients in the high speed blender. It really helps if it has a tamper or prongs in the lid
Finish
Stop yo scrape down the sides if needed. Finish blending when no more frozen chunks of strawberry or yogurt remain
Serve
Scoop and serve the strawberry frozen yogurt right away for soft serve texture. Or place in the freezer until firmed up first.
