Ingredients: pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, coconut oil, white chocolate, pumpkin pie spice, optional topping
Condense pumpkin puree. Simmer until reduced by half, or squeeze through a fine-mesh strainer/cheese cloth.
Combine puree, sweetened condensed milk, coconut oil, white chocolate, pumpkin spice on low heat. Melt & cook to thicken.
Pour fudge into lined baking dish. Let cool 3-4 hours. Decorate with chocolate drizzle and sprinkles. Then slice into 36 small squares.
This sweet decadent fudge is great enjoyed with coffee or tea
