- frozen mango chunks - frozen yogurt cubes - sweetener - cardamom
Freeze the yogurt in an ice cube tray at least 4 hours before making the frozen yogurt
Add to Blender
Add the frozen mango chunks, frozen yogurt cubes, sweetener of choice, and optional cardamom to a high speed blender jar
Blend all ingredients in the high speed blender. It really helps if it has a tamper or prongs in the lid
Stop yo scrape down the sides if needed. Finish blending when no more frozen chunks of mango or yogurt remain
Scoop and serve the mango frozen yogurt right away for soft serve texture. Or place in the freezer until firmed up first.
