Whisk Dry Ingredients
Separate Eggs
Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt
Separate the eggs and place into different mixing bowls
Mix
Combine
With a mixer combine egg yolks and sugar until pale yellow
Combine milk + vanilla. Add to egg mix in 3 additions, alternating with the dry ingredients. Mix after each addition
Whip
Fold
Whip the egg whites to soft peak consistency
Gently fold in the egg whites into the remaining batter with a spatula
Bake
Blend
Pour cake batter into greased 9x13 pan and bake
Combine the three milks until well blended
Soak
Decorate
Poke hole into cake and pour milk mixture over top
Once cool, decorate with whipped cream and sliced strawberries
