INGREDIENTS
- all-purpose flour - water - salt - yeast

COVER
In a large bowl mix the flour, salt, and yeast. Then add the water.
Mix into a dough ball. Cover and let the dough rest overnight (8-18 hours).
Turn Out
Shape
Preheat oven. Turn out dough onto a floured piece of parchment
Bring in the edges and shape the dough into a ball. Turn it smooth side is up
Transfer
Bake
Transfer parchment with the dough into preheated Pyrex or Dutch oven
Bake covered with a lid or foil for 30 minutes at 450°F/230°C
Uncover
Cool
Remove the lid/cover. Bake for 15 minutes until the top is crusty
Remove the baked bread from the oven and bowl and let it cool on a wire rack for ½ an hour before slicing
