INGREDIENTS
- white rice - water/broth - butter/oil
Preheat
Toast
Heat your pressure cooker on sauté setting. Add butter to melt
Add rice and toast for a minute, stirring to ensure all the grains get coated with melted butter
Cook
Fluff
Pour broth/water over the rice and stir. Close lid. Cook on high pressure for 5-9 minutes
Quick release pressure. Fluff the rice with a fork, wooden spoon, or rice paddle.
