 INGREDIENTS

– Cooked Beets – Apple cider vinegar or white vinegar – Water – Sea salt – Sugar – Whole Black Peppercorns – Dill

Peel the cooked beets and cut into your desired shape - dice into cubes or slice thinly

Fill

Fill the cut up beets into a quart sized jar

Simmer

Combine the pickle brine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer

Pour

Pour the pickle brine into the jar with the beets. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving
