INGREDIENTS
– Matcha green tea powder – Hot water - not boiling – Ice – Apple juice – Sparkling water
Matcha I use: - Pique Tea Sun Goddess Matcha - in convenient individual pouches - ceremonial grade
Matcha Shot
Make a concentrated matcha shot combining hot water and matcha powder with a matcha whisk or milk frother
Apple Juice
Fill your glass with ice and about half a cup of apple juice
Sparkling Water
Now pour in about half a cup of sparkling water, or almost to the top of your glass.
Finish
Finally pour in the matcha shot and stir to combine everything. Enjoy!
