Healthy Pumpkin Spice Frappe

This Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino tastes very similar to Starbucks' drink, but it is made from only wholesome ingredients and is naturally sweetened, vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or Lakanto Monkfruit Syrup to make low-carb
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2-3 tablespoons pumpkin ice cubes pumpkin puree frozen in ice cube tray
  • 5 ice cubes

Topping:

  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut cream whipped; scoop off the top part of a chilled can of coconut milk and whip
  • pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients for the frappe in a blender (liquid first, solids on top) and blend until completely smooth.
  2. If desired, top with a few tablespoons of coconut cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
