Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup carrot cubes about 1 medium carrot
  • 3/4 cup mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 apple Granny Smith
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk any kind
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • sweetener to taste I use 1 tbsp raw honey

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until combined and smooth.
  2. Add more milk for thinner consistency.
