Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas cut into chunks and freeze
  • 2 shots espresso or strong coffee, cold
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen whipped topping I use fat-reduced
  • 4 Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. In a food processor blend frozen banana chunks, cold espresso/coffee and the Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy - scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Add frozen whipped topping and cookies and blend until combined (1 minute). Serve and enjoy immediately.
