  • 1/2 lime or 1 key lime, juiced
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1 tablespoon honey more to taste
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup quick oats or instant
  • 1/2 cup strawberries frozen


  1. Place the ingredients in a blender or food processor in the order they are listed above and blend until completely smooth. Layering from liquid to frozen makes for easier blending.
  2. Serve right away. Leftovers can be frozen to make breakfast popsicles.
