  • 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1 cup water part can be replaced with milk or cream
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup berries fresh or frozen (thaw frozen berries)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or to taste


  1. Combine quinoa flakes, salt and water (I like to replace a couple tablespoons with milk or cream) in a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Top with Greek yogurt, berries and hemp hearts. Drizzle with maple syrup.
