  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup fruit chunks frozen, yellow fruit
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3/4 - 1 cup coconut milk or water
  • optional sweetener like honey or maple syrup, if needed


  • granola berries, hemp hearts, ground flax or chia, maca powder, cacao nibs


  1. Add all smoothie ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add as much water/milk as needed to get the blender going and to reach desired consistency.
  3. Fill into a breakfast bowl and add your favorite toppings of fruit, granola, nuts or seeds.
