brown rice

broth
chicken or vegetable (or water + bouillon cube/paste)

Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
Press Sauté. When hot, add butter.
Once melted, stir in brown rice and toast for a minute.
Press Cancel. Stir in water/broth.
Close lid and cook on high pressure for 23-28 minutes (low and high altitude times).
Once the cooking time is up, quick release pressure.
Then open the lid and fluff up the rice with a wooden spoon or rice paddle.
Serve right away or close lid and keep warm until ready to serve.
