These clusters of sesame, sunflower seeds, and slivered almonds are held together by tasty white chocolate and make a wonderful no-bake treat for summer or any time of the year!
In a large pot or pan roast the sunflowers seeds on low heat stirring often.
Add sesame seeds when the sunflowers seeds just barely start to brown.
Stir in slivered almonds when you start seeing the sesame seeds browning.
Take the pan of the heat once almonds are barely roasted (careful - they burn quickly). Stir in white chocolate wafers.
The heat from the seeds and nuts should be enough to melt the white chocolate wafers. If using chocolate chips or chunks, you might have to put the pan back on the heat to melt all of the chocolate.
Spoon mounds of the mixture onto lined baking sheets. Let the clusters sit at room temperature until the chocolate is set or speed up the process in the fridge.
Store the clusters in an airtight container.
