part can be replaced with milk or cream

of salt

Greek yogurt

berries
fresh or frozen (thaw frozen berries)

hemp hearts
shelled hemp seeds

maple syrup
or to taste
Instructions
Combine quinoa flakes, salt and water (I like to replace a couple tablespoons with milk or cream) in a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute.
Top with Greek yogurt, berries and hemp hearts. Drizzle with maple syrup.
