¾cupspelt flouror other organic, whole-grain flour
1tablespooncoconut flouror ground flax or chia seed
½teaspoonbaking powder
¼teaspooneach cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla
½cupbananamashed
2tablespoonscoconut oilmelted

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a medium bowl whisk together dry ingredients.
Add mashed banana and melted coconut oil and knead into a dough.
With wet or oiled hands shape into biscuits. You could do a 'stubby finger' shape. I made mine into an oblong shape that perfectly fits little hands and mouths.
Place biscuits onto a baking sheet and bake 30-45 minutes.
Store biscuits uncovered for about 24 hours to dry and harden them more.
You can also offer them frozen for further relief of sore gums.
