This coconut flour pizza crust is a gluten-free combination of oat flour, coconut flour, water, and salt. Similar to the traditional wheat-based pizza dough, it is perfect as a base for tomatoes sauce, cheese, and your favourite pizza toppings.
Heat a large 12" pan or skillet on medium heat and drizzle with a little olive oil to cover the surface. (You can also make 2 smaller 8" pizzas).*
* alternatively, you can also bake this coconut flour pizza. Roll out the crust (about 1/4 inch), add toppings and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden brown on bottom.
