– sugar – coconut cream – sea salt – vanilla extract
Add the sugar, coconut cream, and salt to a small saucepan.
Heat on medium while stirring, until the sugar is dissolved.
Reduce to a simmer; continue simmering for 10 to 15 minutes, or until thickened.
Take off heat and stir in vanilla extract. Fill sauce in an airtight container and store it in the fridge until ready to use.
Great drizzled on ice cream, for dipping apple slices, and to flavor drinks
