Find some of the best Clean Eating Brunch Menu Ideas for a delicious and healthy Mother's Day, Easter or regular Sunday morning. From pancakes and waffles to quick breads and eggs many different ways.
Brunch to me is like the epitome of a good time. Usually they happen on the weekend, so everyone gets to sleep in first - at least a little. Then, since no one has to rush off to work, you can actually take the time to prepare good food. It's like with brunch for once it doesn't have to be 'quick & easy'.
After preparation, you get to sit down with friends and family to have a good, relaxing time over some good brunch foods. Without any rush everyone can fully enjoy the meal while catching up on each others lives.
In Germany where I grew up, brunch usually consisted of an extensive spread of bread and freshly baked breakfast rolls with all the fixins: butter, jams, sliced and cream cheeses, deli meats, smoked salmon... Often there also are hard boiled eggs, muesli and fruit. Coffee can't be missing either and mimosas (orange juice & sparkling wine) are common too.
In my search for the best brunch recipes, I became curious about what is considered brunch food in other cultures and found this expansive list. Some items I was surprised to see (Cobb salad). Others I had never even heard of (Eggs bourguignon). Definitely not all of them were exactly healthy brunch recipes.
So I put together my own list of some of the best Clean Eating Mother's Day, Easter or any Sunday Brunch Recipes! There are 2 parts - first the sweet brunch ideas and then the savory recipes.

Brunch is totally the best! I am huge breakfast girl myself, so anything egg-related I am down. But then of course it is always nice to finish off the meal with something sweet, and that is definitely where brunch rules.
Thanks so much for including my scones and spaghetti squash bowl! Those German chocolate pancakes look soooo good.
