Hello and thank you so much for visiting!
I am Regina and this blog is my place of happiness.
What you can find here
Delicious recipes, mouthwatering pictures and bites of our everyday life.
I have a passion for making food that is not only nutritious but also delicious. Since Konrad (my husband) and I added Olivia (my baby girl) to our family, I have become very conscious of using only whole and real food ingredients.
Which is why you will find my recipes for Breakfast, Dinner and Dessert to be family friendly and many will even cater to gluten-free, vegan, and even paleo and low-carb conscious diets.
Although our family doesn't follow any specific diet, I am dedicated to whole & real foods. I try to eliminate as many refined ingredients as possible and have a special knack for naturally sweetened desserts. Instead of using refined sugar, I experiment with maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar etc.
My Recipe eBook
After my husband was diagnosed with severe gluten allergies, I started experimenting with various flour alternatives. One of my favorites was coconut flour.
After much testing, I even wrote a recipe eBook in which I share the recipes for my favorite Coconut Flour Muffins, Pancakes & Mug Cakes. You can check it out HERE!

A little more about me personally:
I was born in Russia, grew up in Germany and moved to Canada after high school. Here I met my husband Konrad and we now have a daughter - Olivia.
My other big passion in life is travel (probably due to my multi-national upbringing). My husband Konrad and I spent 17 months traveling through South East Asia after we got married. You can read more about our travels on our blog a Nomad's Dream.)
After 2 years back home in Canada and adding a new member to our family, we are now giving this location-independent lifestyle a try as a family of 3.
First, spent a year back in SE Asia. Now we are immersing into Latin culture and learning Spanish in Mexico. I hope you will join me and follow along in my food adventures from around the world.
I always love your feedback. If you found something helpful or have any suggestions, I am excited to hear from you! You can leave a comment with a post, use the contact page, or email me directly at regina @ leelalicious dot com.
Thank you again for visiting! Cheers!
