My favorite No-Bake Dessert Recipes? Here are some of my favorites!
We are in the first week of summer!
Can you feel it where you live? Last week we had crazy rainstorms over here that caused major floodings in downtown Calgary and other areas along the river. Fortunately, the floods didn't effect us directly. While much of the city is busy cleaning up the aftermath (especially with the Calgary Stampede due to start in just 1.5 weeks), I can only hope that the sun will be more generous with her time and help dry these massive amounts of water.
And once it finally does, it will also be time to turn off the oven and spend time outside enjoying No-Bake Dessert Recipes (the making of which doesn't heat up the house even more).
20 Summer Recipes, Coming Right Up!
For this reason, I want you bring you a round-up of 20 awesome summer recipes that you can refer to all summer long when the sweet cravings kick in but its just too hot to bake.
The recipes from last week's No-Bake Party are included + more recipes from the wonderful ladies who participated and from SpecialtyCakeCreations.
I roughly divided them into categories of popsicles & ice cream, bite-sized treats, bars & chocolate, drinkable treats and even a cake. Let's. Get. To it!
Popsicles & Ice Cream
Bite-Sized Treats
Sunflower & Pumpkin Seed Energy Balls
Bars & Chocolate
Drinkable Treats

Now nothing is holding you back from enjoying this summer!
Random Questions
For a hot day, refreshing options like popsicles, ice cream sandwiches, or fruity frozen yogurt can be the perfect treats to cool down.
When snowed in, cozy and comforting baked goods like warm cookies, muffins, or a classic apple pie can help create a snug and delightful atmosphere.
When you don't feel like baking, no-bake desserts like energy balls, truffles, or bars that require minimal effort and time can be a great option for satisfying your sweet tooth without the hassle of using the oven.
If you have limited ingredients, simple recipes like basic cookies, quick bread, or mug cakes can be easy and satisfying options that don't require many ingredients or elaborate preparation.

Awesome! I think my core temp. dropped a few degrees just looking at these. I was just thinking that it would be a fun challenge to go oven-free one summer. That might be me talking crazy though... 🙂

I'd totally be up for such a challenge. Dessert is covered I think 🙂 And I'd just use the bbq all the time for proteins...
